"O.K., Lisa, that sounds great! But…"

When I introduce people to my radically different (but proven to work!) ways of running or leading their nonprofits, most of the time they usually have the following ifs and buts. 

Let’s see if any of them resonate with you.

Money mindset is all woo woo

That’s the most common one. I get it. But the truth is when you start working on your mindset and apply the techniques that I teach you, you will be amazed with results! Also, these techniques are SO actionable and incredibly natural to apply that you’ll start to love them in no time.  

What do my personal values have to do with how I run my business?

We (humans) are MORE lie detector than you can even imagine. 

So if you try to ignore your personal values and choose to lead in a way that doesn’t truly resonate with who you are, people WILL sense it—if they haven’t already. (It’s only the question of WHEN.) 

But if you consciously choose to lead with values that are truly aligned with who you are then I can guarantee that the end results will be nothing but promising!

If I niche down, I will leave money on the table.

This one is the biggie and, honestly, has some truth to it. 

But it’s also true that if you don’t niche down and try to be everything to everyone than it’s not a good place to be in. 

Take a look around, and you’ll see for yourself that with very few exceptions, almost all the successful brands (profit or nonprofit) have niched down their target market like crazy. They’re laser focused on people who they want to serve and that’s the secret of their success. 

My question to you is if they can niche down and remain ultra-successful, why can’t you? 

"O.K., Lisa, that sounds great! But…"
